CluttonCox.co.uk Solicitors Near Bristol Talk About Conveyancing Contracts
http://www.cluttonCox.co.UK has a free book available to download all about conveyancing which will help any buyer or seller of a property understand just what the conveyancing process is from a legal point of view. In this chapter, Paul Hajek's book talks about contracts and how they have changed over the years. Conveyancing Solicitors have also relied on a standard contract for sale to make life for sellers and buyers as easy and as fair as possible. And over time, a fair bit of tweaking to what are now called the Standard Conditions of Sale has taken place. Until 2003, there were two "Conditions of Sale"; a National and a Standard utilised by Conveyancers; the former had reached its 24th Edition, the latter reached its 5th Edition in April 2011. So common are these standard conditions that most solicitors when issuing a draft contract for sale to a prospective buyer's solicitors, only refer to them by name, and do not reproduce the conditions in full.
